Bimzo was founded by Ranjay Kumar, a sales strategy and quality leader with over 15 years of progressive leadership across BFSI and insurance, including several years at one of India's leading insurance distribution platforms.
Before moving into sales strategy, Ranjay spent nearly a decade building and running quality and compliance functions for insurance and BFSI contact centres at leading insurance and BFSI companies — designing sampling matrices, dip-check protocols, speech-analytics driven coaching and RCA frameworks, and mentoring large teams of quality analysts and auditors. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
